ROLE SUMMARY
Pfizer's Global Supply (PGS) University Talent Program offers summer internships that cross over all facets of the business. The PGS network consist of the following core manufacturing operations: Drug Product Manufacturing and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient Manufacturing. These core manufacturing operations are supported by various departments and teams including operations, engineering, quality, supply chain and logistics. Our summer interns will work in conjunction with these areas on challenging assignments and projects that will stimulate creative problem-solving and collaborative leadership, while contributing to the overall goal of bringing quality life-saving medicines to patients around the world. Individuals selected for these roles will join our teams in the following locations: McPherson, KS, Kalamazoo, MI, Rocky Mount, NC, St. Louis, MO.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
A summer intern can expect to join a team that fits well with their field of study and interests within core manufacturing operations or one of the supporting departments. Summer interns can expect challenging assignments with the opportunity to apply knowledge and gain work experience within a GMP manufacturing environment. In addition to their assigned project, interns can expect opportunities to participate in group social and developmental learning activities throughout the summer.
