JOB SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for providing support for the HR Shared Services Leave of Absence and assisting with other Compliance initiatives. Services and support is provided to employees, managers, HR Business Partners and other internal Sherwin-Williams departments via phone and email. The co-op is expected to perform responsibilities within established service level agreements by using appropriate tools, resources, and procedures. Analyze each task assigned and identify areas for standardization and process improvement.
We are looking for a year-round co-op and the selected candidate must be available to work for 24-28 hours per week during the semesters.
