ABOUT THE JOB
This role is intended for recent 4-year college graduates who majored in an applicable field (Construction Managment, Civil Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, ETC). As Tepa continues to grow, we are focusing on hiring recent graduates to begin their careers at our organization with opportunities to receive hands-on learning, mentorship, and growth within the company. This is an entry level position that does not require previous experience but does require education in the particular discipline.
Tepa Companies is currently seeking a Staff Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO). The Site Safety and Health Office who will be responsible for assisting the primary SSHO in managing, communicating, implementing, and enforcing compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) EM 385-1-1, Tepa's Accident Prevention Plan and other accepted safety and health submittals.
