Fortinet is looking for a Software Development QA Engineer to join a QA team working on multiple products including FortiCSP, FGaaS and FortiHawkEye.

FortiCSP is an endpoint security solution on OT area. FGaaS is a cloud FGT as a service project which focusing to provide FGT as a service to customer. FortiHawkEye is a Digital Experience Monitor cloud service which focusing on application layer service monitor and integrated with FG SD-WAN to provide the application layer service metrics for optimizing the SD-WAN routing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for function, stressing and performance testing on FortiCSP, FGaaS and FortiHawkEye product
• Write test checklist, test specification, bug report, etc.
• Monitor and troubleshoot services
• Work closely with developer to design and execute the test cases

Requirements

• Experience in Shell/Python script for auto testing
• Knowledge in network security production or technology such as NGFW, Endpoint Security, Web Application Firewall
• Understanding of TCP/IP, network application and protocol troubleshooting
• Good knowledge on Linux, K8S, Cloud application
• Experience on network product testing or validation
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skill

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Engineering or related fields

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-$110,000. Fortinet offers employees a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), 11 paid holidays, vacation time, and sick time as well as a comprehensive leave program.

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
