We are seeking a motivated General Dentist to join our thriving practice in Cedar Falls, Iowa. The current dentist is looking to expand the team, offering an opportunity for someone to work initially for 3 days a week, with the potential for more days.

Key Details:

• Work Schedule: Initially 3 days a week, with the possibility of additional days.
• Ownership Potential: Open to an associate dentist with the potential for ownership in the future.
• Current Team: The office currently has one dentist and 3 dental assistants.
• Patient Load: The team sees 25-30 patients per day.
• Responsibilities: The dentist will be responsible for their own hygiene/SRP.
• Compensation: The position includes a negotiable percentage of collections. The dentist is open to both W2 and 1099 employment options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out services and treatment plans.
• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including restorative, crown and bridge, endodontic, and extractions as per their comfort level.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and practice policies.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with other dental professionals in the practice to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
• Valid state dental license in Iowa
• Active DEA and CPR
• 2 to 3 years of experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with computer technology.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
