The Health & Safety Leader's primary objective is to support execution of Hexion's strategic and tactical plan for all Health, Safety and Security matters for the manufacturing sites in the Geismar and Luling, Louisiana area. The successful candidate understands the regulatory and tactical overlap of the Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Process Safety regulations. This position fosters a culture of engagement, empowerment, and compliance through direction and oversight of programs that support Hexion's primary goal of a compliant and incident-free workplace. The Health & Safety Leader plans and directs activities for alignment with the corporation's EHS goals and initiatives with each assigned manufacturing site. The position provides leadership, coaching and technical expertise to sites and site leadership teams to meet these goals.
