Gundersen Health System is seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Decorah Family Medicine Clinic. The Decorah Clinic is looking for an experienced team-oriented clinician who provides full-spectrum Family Medicine. This position will incorporate acute/same day care and nursing home care.

• Demonstrated high level of clinical proficiency, and excellent decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an effective member of a health care team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with and establish/build relationships with others.

Must have completed an accredited program and be eligible to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Advanced practice clinicians work under the direct supervision of a physician. Clinician staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system.
