LinQuest is seeking a Junior Operations Research Analyst to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The selected individual will serve on an analysis team of operations research analysts, operational military subject matter experts, and threat subject matter experts. The analysis team is responsible for providing analytic support across a myriad of disciplines to support the government analyst team. US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • B.S. or higher in Operations Research, Mathematics, Probability, Statistics, or other technical degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in the application, education, and/or development of analytical techniques and solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance is required

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Master's in a relevant field
  • Experience leading teams of analysts in various decision support capacities
