Summary

The Senior System Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and effectiveness of our information systems that support critical organizational functions. The responsibility for this position will encompass overseeing all networked hardware/software, operating systems, and related infrastructure components. This position will also be the primary point of contact for the ERP system, including responding to tickets, updating & creating reports from the ERP systems, and supporting processing improvement ideas.

Duties

  • Configure, monitor, and maintain all network infrastructure
  • Responsible for virtualization and server management
  • Manage and maintain storage arrays for efficiency, redundancy and availability
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Utilize monitoring tools to address potential issues proactively
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting complex issues or system outages
  • Oversee and manage Azure infrastructure including Azure Active Directory, Identity & Access Management, & Privileged Access Management
  • Utilize Intune for comprehensive endpoint management
  • Provide daily support of the Plex ERP system: monitor helpdesk ticket queue, troubleshoot problems, communicate to end users, and implement new functionality
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identity and create reports/analytic and implement and support process improvement ideas.

  • Lead teams and site level projects with minimal supervision and guidance.
  • Ability to learn new or unfamiliar technology using available resources.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar for routine tasks and system deployments.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., PII, CMMC, ITAR, NIST) and experience in implementing compliance-related IT policies.
  • Experience configuring and managing ERP systems
  • Experience with middleware integrations tools, web-based application platforms, and Power BI
  • Programming and SQL skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field and/or equivalent work experience required.

Experience

Minimum of five years of experience in system administration. Preferably in a Microsoft Office 365 environment, including Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune and Defender.

Minimum of 2 years of experience with VMWare, vSphere, ESXi, resource pools, VMFS, and virtual switching.

Minimum of 2 years of experience with Plex, Epicor or similar ERP preferred.

Proven track record in managing complex IT projects, system migrations and technology integrations.


Computer Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 environment, including Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune and Defender.
  • Experience with domain name registry/purchase and SSL certificate purchase/maintenance
  • Storage architecture, including iSCSI, LUNs, NFS, and RAID.
  • Experience with Virtualization software: VMware, Hyper-V, or similar
  • Server systems architecture, performance monitoring, and tuning

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration. PPE is provided by SEKISUI Aerospace based on the employee's position and exposure.


Schedule

Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, additional overtime hours as needed
